About Us
MIEZARUTE is an artist unit founded in 2014 by Adam Smith and Lucky Yamada, after meeting on the MA Fine Art course at Chelsea College of Arts, UAL.

After moving to Japan, Adam and Lucky worked within the education sector. There they saw that many students didn’t have access to the support they needed to realise their potential.
MIEZARUTE ART SCHOOL - the education branch of MIEZARUTE - was set up to bridge the gap between art and English education in Japan with that available overseas.

They specialise in one-to-one online lessons, that are fully customisable to meet the learning needs of each individual, providing support worldwide.

They believe that through experiencing art education of an international standard whilst improving their English ability, creative professionals and students will be able to achieve their life goals.
